WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Purchased items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the date of purchase.

Shipping costs vary and are calculated based on the weight of the item(s) and the shipping address.

Next day shipping is available upon request. Next Day Shipping charges start at $35. Prices may vary upon weight and shipping distance.

All orders must be made by 3PM CST to be shipped overnight. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. No refund will be issued. 

During holidays there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window in addition to the 3-5 business days shipping policy.   

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.

 

PRE ORDERS

Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor.  Of course, you will be notified as soon as this has been made aware. 

All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are completed with an order number.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our number one priority is that you are happy with your purchase.  However, we understand that not everything works out.  Merchandise can be returned, unworn, with tags attached in good condition within 7 days of confirmation of receipt via tracking number.  Please contact us at  jacqueline@curvyfabulosity.com to get an RMA for your return and a return label.   Returns will receive a Store Credit Only.  If items are returned with obvious signs of wear, or damaged, return will not be accepted. 

The following items are not eligible for return and are considered Final Sale:

  1. Items purchased during a sale or promo involving giveaways
  2. Items purchased with a Store Credit
  3. Clearance Items
  4. Sale Items (size exchanges only)
  5. Formal/Special Occasion Apparel
  6. White Items
  7. Jewelry
  8. Accessories (Hats/Earrings)
  9. Bodysuits and intimate apparel
  10. Jackie's Closet Sale Items

HOW DOES THE STORE CREDIT WORK?

Your store credit will be in the form of a gift card. Once your return has been received approved (meaning items meet criteria for return), we will send an email notifying you that we have activated your gift card with gift card details. Processing returns can take up to 5-7 business days after we receive your package. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once payment has been completed for your order, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
